Monthly totals summarise recorded distances. Entries can be edited or deleted, with a history of changes. Personal trip records belong to their owner and are not publicly searchable.
Export records for your own use
PDF and CSV exports can also be saved in VENTIQ Cloud. Acceptance for tax purposes has not been verified. Check the requirements that apply to you before using an export as tax evidence; a change history alone does not establish compliance.
Frequently asked question
Are journeys recorded automatically?
No. The existing feature is a manual logbook. A route transferred from Maps still requires a completed trip entry.
